Ordering & Payment

Shopping with us is easy:

1. Browse and select your favourite items

2. Add them to your cart

3. Head to checkout and enter your delivery details

4. Choose your payment method and complete your order














We accept Visa, MasterCard, and other major credit cards via the Shopify payment gateway, as well as Afterpay and Apple Pay.

If you’re an approved trade customer, simply log in via our Trade Portal to view wholesale pricing and place orders directly through your account.

Order Confirmation & Updates

Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder just in case.

We’ll do our best to help! Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If it hasn't been processed yet, we may be able to make changes or cancel it for you.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery within New Zealand usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.

 

Yes! Once dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking number and link. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.

Returns & Customer Support

We take care in packaging your order, but if something arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll help organise a replacement, refund or return.
