Shipping Locations
We currently ship within New Zealand only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Rates & Options
Retail Customers:
We’re a local NZ business, and we know how important affordable shipping is.
That’s why we’ve kept it simple—just $8.50 nationwide.
Free Shipping on orders over $100.
Delivery Time: 3-7 business days.
Wholesale Account:
Shipping costs shown at checkout are based on our standard shipping policy and serve as an estimate. Please refer to our Wholesale Policy for full details.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within the next business day. Orders
placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Pick-Up Option
Prefer to pick up your order? No problem! Pick-up is available from our Auckland warehouse. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours, and you’ll receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.
Pick Up is available working days only.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.
Delivery Issues
Delayed Deliveries: While we strive to meet our delivery timeframes, delays can sometimes occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Please allow extra time during peak periods such as holidays.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will assist in resolving the issue promptly.
Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at info@artisanal.co.nz.
Address changes may not be possible once the order has been processed.
